Ares represents the very best selection of Shiraz from Two Hands Wines. A statuesque, Powerful and deeply flavoured wine matured in 100% new French oak.	Aphrodite represents the very best Cabernet Sauvignon made by Two Hands Wines. Sourced from a mature single vineyard at Greenock, this wine has plush dense fruit backed by magnificent mouthfeel and weight, matured in 100% new French oak.	Aerope represents the very best Grenache made by Two Hands Wines. Sourced predominantly from an 80 year old vineyard in the Greenock sub-region of the Barossa Valley the wine displays a lifted multi-dimensional bouquet with a rich purity of fruit on the palate, matured in seasoned 3 and 4 year year old French and American oak barrels
ANTEROS MATARO BAROSSA VALLEY
A soft mesmerizing aromatic lift of saw dust, dried herbs, cloves, sandalwood, cured meats, blood plum, tomato plant and scented lemon candle. This is aromatically one of the most complex and compelling wines to wear the Two Hands logo.

The Coach House Block Shiraz comes from an estate grown, single vineyard near the tiny hamlet of Greenock in the sub-region of the Barossa Valley. It is generous and supple whilst soft and approachable upon release. An ultra-rich, heady, mouth filling shiraz that combines balanced acidity and mid-palate texture.	A multi-layered wine with great expression of Cabernet Sauvignon aromas and flavours coupled with powerful but supple mouth-coating tannins. Long and pure on the palate the Coach House Block Cabernet is produced in tiny volumes from estate grown fruit in the sub-district of Greenock in the Barossa Valley.	Showing sublime juiciness and extreme length, the Zippy's Block Shiraz has an extremely complex bouquet followed by an opulent, elegant, viscous and supple palate.
BARNEY'S BLOCK SHIRAZ McLAREN VALE
This wine has an incredibly soft palate with a sweet intensity that penetrates into a very long finish which is both succulent and velvety. Barney’s Block is sourced from a single vineyard on the McMurtrie Road, McLaren Vale.

Max's Garden exhibits a rich, earthy texture with lifted spice and a well delineated fruit profile. This is a wine with a soft elegant framework that complements the Garden Series for its distinctiveness.	Exhibiting lush, berry-fruit flavours and ripe tannins. A very attractive wine that clearly demonstrates why Langhorne Creek is one of Australia's great wine regions.	Sourced from an exceptional vineyard that results in a focused, fruit packed style, laced with pepper and spice. Amazingly, the cooler climate bouquet moves to richer black fruits on the palate.

The pick of the bunch from our McLaren Vale vineyards. Lily’s Garden is a generous wine with cascading blue fruits and a rich long palate.	A blend of our finest Shiraz barrels from across the Barossa Valley region. This is a sumptious wine, defined by its aromatic complexity and finesse.

Italian in style and made from White Frontignac grapes, this is a low alcohol, slightly spritzy wine with sweet, lush, fruity flavours. Fire up the barbie, make a nice seafood salad and sit back; you'll be reaching for the second bottle in no time!	From grapes grown in Watervale, this is a handpicked Reisling made from the free-run juice. Exotic aromatics with pristine, limey fruit and a fine acid backbone.	This wine offers layers of rolling fruit woven with savoury, earthy flavours playing off a rich Grenache fruit edge and long drying tannins.

Buoyant raspberry, red-cherry characters with a restrained savoury palate, grainy tannins backed by integrated oak. A serious food wine that shows what a wonderful marriage these three varietals make if blended with balance in mind.	Assertive aromas, bursting with blackberry, bramble and white pepper. Glossy, dark cherry, mulberry fruit with fresh acidity and fine tannins. A classy wine that brings to the fore the best attributes of McLaren Vale Shiraz.	Gnarly Dudes is made with fruit sourced from mature vineyards in the sub regions of Marananga, Greenock and Light Pass. The palate is filled with rich flavours of spice, black pepper, raspberry, plum and liquorice allsorts.

Matured in French oak, this is a single vineyard wine that exhibits distinctive spicy aromas, underpinned by cushions of dark-plum and Christmas cake. A crowd pleaser that brings many a smile.	A classic Australian blend in which the juicy Shiraz component fills the middle palate and the Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure, savoury tannin and grip. This is a wine that needs time to strut its stuff.	The palate is where this wine really shines as it bursts forth with a build, detail and density rarely seen from a McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon.

A Barossa Shiraz inspired by the northern Italian wines of Valpolicella where the grapes are left to dry over the course of several months creating a raisin flavour that is the distinctive character of Amarone.	Made from a small parcel in the Adelaide Hills, Fools Paradise is hand-picked and processed so as to reduce the natural tannin content. The resulting wine red wine is bright and focused with clean, savoury characters.	Bottled each year from a very small selection of barrels from the Western district of Barossa that defines the intensity and richness of this sub-region whilst characterising the distinctive red-black fruit flavours and soft, round tannins. Very limited.
FLY BY NIGHTERS VINTAGE PORT BAROSSA VALLEY	UNPREDICTABLE LAD VIN DE PAILLE BAROSSA VALLEY	A DAY LATE, A BUCK SHORT MUSCAT NV RUTHERGLEN/BAROSSA VALLEY
To be cellared and treated like a red wine, the Fly By Nighters Vintage Port will be enhanced by many years of bottle maturation. It is solid in weight yet light on its feet and shows purity and elegance with excellent mouth feel.	Produced by the traditional method of drying the grapes before crushing, the Unpredictable Lad is a rounded wine made from Semillon grapes with a fruit sweet palate that displays both sweet and sour characters.	This fine non vintage Muscat is made from White frontignac or Muscat blanc a petit grains. Through the growing season, the fruit is allowed to hang for several weeks until it dehydrates to a point where the flavours are rich and complex balanced by good acidity.
FAIT ACCOMPLI NON VINTAGE MUSCAT RUTHERGLEN	FOR LOVE OR MONEY CANE CUT SEMILLON BAROSSA VALLEY
This rare non vintage Muscat is aged for over 20 years in barrel, lovingly nurtured over this time to bring you this rich, smooth and definitively elegant fortified.	Made from Semillon grapes, the vines had their canes cut when the flavours were ripe and the fruit left to slowly ripen. The result is a seductive dessert wine of great pleasure.
