MOSCATO
Italian in style and made from White Frontignac grapes, this is a low alcohol, slightly spritzy wine with sweet lush fruity flavours.
SHIRAZ
The Coach House Block Shiraz comes from an estate grown single vineyard near the tiny hamlet of Greenock in the sub-region of the Barossa Valley. It is generous and supple whilst soft and approachable upon release. An ultra-rich, heady, mouth-filling Shiraz that combines balanced acidity and mid-palate texture.

SHIRAZ GRENACHE
Tasting notes
Colour
Deep plum colour with a purple hue
Aroma
It is matured in primarily old French oak that offers a hint of cedar on the nose, backed by bright red fruits
Palate
Silky tannins mingle with sweet spice and soft red fruits on the palate. This is a great food wine perfect with pork belly and porcini mushroom risotto, the dry savoury finish is the perfect foil for this type of food.
Winemaking
The grapes were crushed into and fermented in open top potters with regular pump overs twice daily to extract flavour, colour and tannin. The grapes were then pressed and the wine was transferred to tank and then racked to barrel for oak maturation.
