Colour
Very pale straw with green hue
Aroma
An array of aroma; fragrant floral notes, rosewater with lifted musk and spicy lavendar bath salts.
Palate
After 12 months in bottlw, this wine is still austere with great freshness and minerality. Musk, lemons, and subtle bath salts dominate with good acid and persistence, balanced with subtle talc notes.
Winemaking
The grapes were destemmed, crushed and pressed gently in an airbag press. Only free run juice was utilised. After cold settling the clarified juice was cold fermented in stainless steel to dryness. The wine was fined and filttered, then bottled early to capture the wines freshness and vibrancy. Released after 12 months in bottle, this one will be great for summer and many years to come.
