Winemaking
The fruit in 2010 from the various Coach House vineyard sections were crushed and de-stemmed into open top fermenters and pressed at the desired times with an average time on skins of 12 days. At pressing, all free run and pressings were combined in tank and after 24 hours the wine was then racked off gross lees to oak.
