Reporting to the DTC Manager you will demonstrate your passion for wine and excellent customer service.
Qualifications & experience:– Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
– Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
– Be tech-savvy and experienced in CRM management
Tasks & responsibilities:– Responsible for maximising the Cellar Door sales team’s potential, crafting sales processes and strategy whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
– Responsible for customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in line with budget and KPI’s
– Grow Wine Club membership from Cellar Door visitors in line with KPI’s and goals set by DTC Manager
– Manage recruiting, rostering and objective setting for Cellar Door Ambassador’s
– Hosting of Guests during vineyard experience tours
– Act as an ambassador and convey the message and ethos of Two Hands to visitors at Cellar Door, within the Barossa community and at consumer events
– Some local and interstate travel may be required
