Italian in style and made from White Frontignac grapes, this is a low alcohol, slightly spritzy wine with sweet lush fruity flavours.
The fruit comes from 30 to 50 year old white Frontignac vines grown in the Barossa Valley. The essence of the Moscato style is in maintaining freshness; it is pressed, fermented, filtered and bottled in quick succession.
From the time that the juice is settled to bottling, the wine is in a stainless steel tank. The maturation is not the important process in the production of this wine; the time from the vine to the bottle is between eight to ten weeks.
