When placing your order, your freight and handling charges will be calculated based on your delivery location, and quantity of products purchased. When logged in, Wine Club Members will have any product discounts calculated, as well as any free freight*.
Australian orders are despatched within 24-48 hours of your order being received Monday-Friday. If you have any special delivery instructions, please ensure these are noted on your order. Our preferred delivery partner in Australia is Australia Post. You will receive a tax invoice via the email associated to your order, once the order has been dispatched.
It is recommended to view and receive tracking numbers you download the Australia Post app, to manage & ensure that you receive all notifications regarding delivery.
International orders are despatched twice weekly from our warehouse in Barossa to our international shipping partner, Get Freighted (for USA) or DHL (for the rest of the world). All international orders receive tax-free pricing when being delivered to an overseas address.
Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. Any applicable duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and may be requested before receiving your goods. We suggest that you check with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional costs apply.
Your wine is exported as one large consolidated shipment along with many other orders and thus, is not shipped every day.
Once your order is scheduled to leave Australia, you will be contacted by Get Freighted or DHL informing you of an estimated delivery date, which is generally 2 to 3 weeks from date of contact.
Orders in the consolidated shipment to USA are not trackable individually until they are cleared by customs at the destination port and assigned their individual tracking numbers. Once tracking is assigned, you will receive an email from Get Freighted or DHL with the relevant tracking information and a link to track your shipment.
Your tracking number won’t show movement at first, as it will be transported via a climate controlled van from warehouse to the central delivery point in your local area.
It is recommended that once you receive the tracking number you sign up for the relevant Courier management to ensure that you receive all notifications regarding delivery. Ie: DHL – UPS – My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager
When the shipment is received and processed by your local courier the tracking will update online. Get Freighted and DHL will also be monitoring this delivery and will provide updates as required.
Please note you will receive 3 delivery attempts, if no contact is made the wine will be sent back to the central warehouse and there may be additional charges for re-delivery.
To ensure that customers receive their wine in perfect condition, Two Hands Wines reserves the right to delay shipping, in the case of extreme weather conditions.
