At Two Hands Wines we mainly focus on red wines made from Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvèdre. We love those wines but it’s also fun to test our skills with other varietals made under different practices and methods in our winery. Our showroom wines, exclusively available in our cellar door and webstore, highlights this approach.
“When at home I drink lots of different styles of wines, my personal cellar consists of bottles from pretty much every corner of the globe. Naturally, I love to see and taste what other places and people can produce too. My fear has always been having a winery cellar palate, as I like to recalibrate my palate, on a daily basis against many different wines. This had made me very curious over time about trying to make a few wines that are not naturally in our wheelhouse.
