** Brutus @ Two Hands is subject to weather conditions due to being located outside in our cellar door grounds. In temperatures above 38 degrees, rain and strong winds Brutus will be closed.

Et tu, Brutue

Brutus, who has inspired the name of our outdoor space is the patriarch of our family of Scottish Highland cattle, who guard our magical Holy Grail Vineyard on Seppeltsfield Road.

Our fearless leader Michael Twelftree has always loved cows and when the opportunity came to have his own, he jumped at the chance. Brutus was a character in MT’s favourite childhood comic Asterix and so, it was a fitting name to call our gruff ‘hairy coo’.
