Terms & Conditions
If an Experience is cancelled:
- If an Experience is cancelled more than 5 before the departure date a full refund will apply less a $100 cancellation fee for both the Flagship and the Single Vineyards Experiences or less a $50 cancellation fee for The Search for the Holy Grail Experience.
- If an Experience is cancelled between 5 and 2 days prior to the experience, 50% of the experience Experience cost will be refunded. NB This applied to Flagship and Single Vineyard Experiences only.
- If an Experience is cancelled within 48 hours of the departure date, no refund will be issued.
