Discover Two Hands Wines and our stories with a selection of structured seated wine tastings at our Cellar Door.

Located at 273 Neldner Road, Marananga, just off the the amazingly historic Seppeltsfield Road in the heart of the Barossa, our cellar door is a beautifully restored late 19th century stone cottage, ‘Kraehe House’. With the adjoining original bakehouse and cellar renovated to be an amazing space now used for our Private Tasting Experiences & Vineyard Experience Tours. The cellar has been converted to a beautiful museum wine cellar.

Our passionate team will expertly navigate you through the stories and secrets of our different Shiraz that define our portfolio. Throughout Summer, where weather permits, enjoy a tasting flight on the stunning sun-filled deck enjoying the wonderful mural created by talented Adelaide artist Lucinda Penn. In the cooler months, stay cosy inside and soak up the warmth of the open fireplace.

The cellar door and tasting areas are wheelchair accessible, with level entryways and accessible restrooms available on-site. Staff are trained to accommodate guests with mobility needs, ensuring that everyone can comfortably enjoy guided tastings and the relaxed courtyard setting. Additionally, the cellar door is dog-friendly, allowing well-behaved, leashed pets to join their owners during tastings.

Please note cellar door is closed Good Friday, Christmas and Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Western Rangers Experience

The Western Rangers is a collaboration of four of the Barossa’s leading wineries. Become a Western Ranger and uncover the rewards from our beautiful part of the world. Visit the four participating wineries’ tasting rooms, each offering a unique premium wine experience, and unlock the treasures of the Western Ranges. Complete the trail in a day or a year; simply spend at least $200 at each winery to collect your unique stamp. Once all four are collected, you will be rewarded with a rare and exceptional bottle of wine, an exclusive blend made from premium parcels supplied by each of the four wineries.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Due to the size of our Cellar Door the cottage ‘Kraehe House’ our maximum group size per table is 6. 
    • Sadly we do not, over the warmer months our courtyard and lawns becomes a pop up wine bar, Brutus, for drinks and cheese plates on weekends.

      For beautiful lunches we recommend our neighbours Fino Seppeltsfield or The Eatery at Maggie Beer. Along with the highly anticipated new Staguni, which can be found 400m down the road from our Cellar Door on the corner of Neldner in the Maranaga School.
      • Yes! Team Two Hands are dog friendly, after all we have 4 onsite at the winery ourselves. As long as your dog is leashed and well-behaved around others we will find you a space for a tasting.
        • Whilst we are Shiraz specialists who source our fruit from 6 wine growing regions around Australia, our Cellar Door and Winery are both located in Marananga in the Barossa Valley.
