Our cellar door tastings continue to be a seated experience as they always have been, with the tasting flight currently featuring 2 of the brand new 2020 Garden Series wines and 2018 Ares releases. Is back for Summer weekends! Now that the sun is finally showing its face we can open up the deck and Brutus Bar again for this season. Hosted in a modified Spitfire caravan, Brutus is our wine bar where you can enjoy a glass or bottle of our wines along with an exquisite selection of imported wines hand chosen by Michael himself with a cheese plate. Bookings are recommended for large groups of 10 or more, please contact our Cellar Door staff to make a booking or enquire about availability for your group visit.
Brutus’s weekend operating hours are subject to weather, in the event of extreme winds, heat, or rain the bar will be closed.

Ali Short is the amazing chef who crafts the menus for our Flaghship Vineyard Experiences, she’s spent years honing her craft at many restaurants. She handcrafts delicious fudge by following the same recipe that her mum used, with fortified wine and muscat as a sweetening agent. This creates deliciously smooth fudge that is not overly sweet while being true to the local community and products of the Barossa Valley. She’s given us her perfect recipe to enjoy either at your festive table or just because! Pair it with A Day Late, A Buck Short Muscat and you’ll be in for a treat!

Christmas is fast approaching and this is your reminder to not leave your wine orders too late as the elves from Australia Post have let us know that things may well take a little longer than normal, with all of us embracing the art of online shopping! If you would like a gift note added to your order simply add it to the delivery instructions and we will be sure to include it in the delivery. Mitch is originally from sunny Queensland and discovered wine on a visit to Barossa Valley. Upon returning to his home state, he threw away another career to immerse himself in the wine industry. He’s honed his passion for the industry as a Sales Rep & Bar Manager in Queensland, and since moving to Barossa, he’s worked in some of Barossa’s best wineries in sales, Cellar Doors and during vintage before joining Two Hands in late 2021 as the integral face of our Cellar Door. When not welcoming and educating our guests on their visit to our home at Cellar Door or on Vineyard Tours, you can find him working on one of his vintage cars or hitting the road in one of the said cars to the outback or another wine region, enjoying good coffee, good food and great company!
